Magic Roll benefits

More than rolling muscles — a full-body reset.

Magic Roll is a gentle, rhythmic wooden roller massage that works with your lymphatic system, fascia and nervous system. Many clients book it for cellulite, oedema, fluid retention and lymphoedema support, as well as everyday recovery.

Stimulates lymphatic flow

Helps clear fluid and metabolic waste your body struggles to shift on its own — useful for puffiness, swelling and heavy-feeling legs.

Releases fascial adhesions

Frees tightness through the abdomen and body, supporting easier movement and easing digestive sluggishness.

Calms the nervous system

Encourages vagus nerve activity, settling the stress signals that disrupt digestion, sleep and recovery.

Improves microcirculation

Oxygen and nutrients reach your tissues more effectively, so muscles recover faster and skin looks brighter.

Often booked for cellulite, oedema, fluid retention and lymphoedema

The rolling action encourages lymphatic drainage and circulation, which can soften the appearance of cellulite, ease puffiness and swelling, and help fluid move when it tends to sit in the legs, ankles or arms. Sessions are gentle, fully clothed and guided from start to finish.

What to wear: comfortable activewear — leggings or shorts and a t-shirt.

How long: a relaxed session with time to settle in, learn the roller and finish unhurried.

Who it suits: beginners welcome. If you're pregnant, recovering from surgery or managing a medical condition, please check with your doctor first and let Jenelle know so the session can be adjusted.
